Shen Tai Chi

I use a combination of Chinese Bodywork, Energy work, and Deep Tissue to provide a heightened state of relaxation.  This is the state where your body will heal itself.  I am merely assisting in providing the space for the your body’s natural healing ability to do it’s work;)
